Our space is part of the E-Office network.
To use the facility, please install the dedicated app “いいアプリ” on your smartphone and register as a user.
You can unlock the entrance door by scanning the QR code displayed at the entrance using the app.

Unfortunately, the app is only available in Japanese, but we have an English PDF guide explaining how to use it.
Please feel free to download it and use it as a reference.

Three Ways to Use Coffice

Drop-in

No reservation required. Free seating. ¥160 per 30 minutes (tax included), with a daily maximum of ¥2,200.

Reservation

The meeting room and the Wide Booth can be used with an advance reservation.

Monthly Membership

A range of plans is available, starting with the 24/7 Plan, which provides unlimited access to the shared workspace for ¥11,000 (tax included).

  • 備考Each locker is secured with a 4-digit combination lock. After your contract begins, you can set your own code.

  • 備考You can use a locker located on the 2nd floor and use the Coffice address to receive mail.
  • 備考Please note that mail delivered to the Coffice mailbox will be transferred to the locker, so some delay in delivery may occur.
  • 備考We cannot accept packages or deliveries that do not fit in the Coffice mailbox.

  • 備考In addition to the ‘Address Use + Locker’ service, you can also use the Coffice address for corporate registration.
  • 備考Monthly add-on services are available only to users with a monthly plan.
  • Monthly fees cover a full month. If you begin using the service during the month, we will charge you only for the days you use until the end of that month.
  • Both application and cancellation are handled through the ‘いいアプリ,’ but each requires approval.
  • Locker cancellations will be approved after the condition of the locker is checked. For mailing address or corporate registration cancellations, approval will be given after confirming that the address is no longer in use.
  • If you cancel mid-month, locker use and mail delivery to the locker will remain available until the last day of the cancellation month.
