How to Use & Pricing

Our space is part of the E-Office network.
To use the facility, please install the dedicated app “いいアプリ” on your smartphone and register as a user.
You can unlock the entrance door by scanning the QR code displayed at the entrance using the app.

Unfortunately, the app is only available in Japanese, but we have an English PDF guide explaining how to use it.
Please feel free to download it and use it as a reference.

Three Ways to Use Coffice

Drop-in

No reservation required. Free seating. ¥160 per 30 minutes, with a daily maximum of ¥2,200.

Reservation

The meeting room and the Wide Booth can be used with an advance reservation.

Monthly Membership

A range of plans is available, starting with the 24/7 Plan, which provides unlimited access to the shared workspace for ¥11,000.

Drop-in hours are from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Except for the meeting room and wide booths, all seating is open address. Please feel free to use any available seat.

If available, the meeting room and wide booth can be used at a discounted rate.

To use an available room, please reserve your time from the option labeled ‘[Available After Check-in] ◯◯◯’ in the reservation section of the ‘いいアプリ’.
Please note that, unlike standard reservations, guests who have not checked in are strictly not allowed to enter.

A total of up to 6 people, including the reservation holder and guests, may enter Coffice.
Even outside your plan hours, you can still book at the member rate if you’re a monthly member.
If you book through a site other than ‘E-office,’ the price will be different.

¥600 for the first hour
¥125 per additional 15 minutes

Monthly Members

Within the monthly plan hours, up to 3 hours costs ¥100

The person who made the reservation and one guest can enter Coffice.
Unlike meeting rooms, the monthly membership fee applies only to the plan’s designated hours.

For renting the kitchen on the first floor or booking the entire building, please contact us individually. Kindly provide a brief summary of your intended use via the inquiry form.

With each plan, you can use an open-address seat for a fixed monthly fee during the specified days and times.
Please note that there may be days when the space is not available due to special closures or events.

This is a monthly plan that allows access to the shared workspace at any time, on any day.

This is a monthly plan available only on weekday mornings (5:00 AM – 12:00 PM).

This is a monthly plan limited to weekday nights (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM the next day).

Holiday

This is a monthly plan limited to weekends and holidays (6:00 AM – 2:00 AM the next day).

Membership applications must be made via the “いいアプリ” After choosing your start date and applying, the store will approve your request
Monthly fees cover a full month. If you begin using the service during the month, we will charge you only for the days you use until the end of that month.
You can cancel your membership via the ”いいアプリ.” If you cancel during the month, your membership will stay active until the end of that month.

Monthly Add-on Services

Locker

¥2,200 / month

One personal locker on the second floor is available for your exclusive use.
Dimensions: W412 × D378 × H328 mm.
Each locker is secured with a 4-digit combination lock. After your contract begins, you can set your own code.

Address Use

¥5,500 / month

You can use a locker located on the 2nd floor and use the Coffice address to receive mail.
Please note that mail delivered to the Coffice mailbox will be transferred to the locker, so some delay in delivery may occur.
We cannot accept packages or deliveries that do not fit in the Coffice mailbox.

Corporate Registration

¥6,600 / month

In addition to the ‘Address Use + Locker’ service, you can also use the Coffice address for corporate registration.

Monthly add-on services are available only to users with a monthly plan.
Monthly fees cover a full month. If you begin using the service during the month, we will charge you only for the days you use until the end of that month.
Both application and cancellation are handled through the ‘いいアプリ,’ but each requires approval.
Locker cancellations will be approved after the condition of the locker is checked. For mailing address or corporate registration cancellations, approval will be given after confirming that the address is no longer in use.
If you cancel mid-month, locker use and mail delivery to the locker will remain available until the last day of the cancellation month.
