FAQ

Coffice is part of the “E-Office” network.

How to Use

To use Coffice, please install the dedicated app “いいアプリ” on your smartphone and complete user registration.
You can unlock the entrance door and start a drop-in session by scanning the QR code posted at the entrance using the app.

Drop-in usage is pay-as-you-go (¥160 per 30 minutes), but we also offer a variety of monthly subscription plans. For details, please see our Pricing Plans.

Additionally, meeting room reservations can be made not only through the “いいアプリ”, but also via other space reservation platforms such as Instabase.

Drop-in use and meeting room reservations are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with no regular holidays.
With the Monthly Full Access Plan, you can access the space 24 hours a day, every day.

Please note that there may be occasional closures or limited access due to events or maintenance.
We recommend checking the operating schedule in advance.

All areas except for the meeting rooms and the Wide Booth are open seating and do not require a reservation.
Meeting rooms can be reserved up to 30 days in advance, and the Wide Booth up to 7 days in advance via the “いいアプリ”.
If no reservation has been made, you can reserve and use them on the spot at a discounted rate after checking in.

Yes, temporary exits are allowed.

Please note that your usage time will continue to be counted while you are away.
To re-enter, you’ll need to use the ”いいアプリ” to unlock the door, so please remember to take your smartphone with you.

If you check out instead, your usage will be charged at that point. When you return, your time will start counting from zero again, which may result in your total daily fee exceeding the maximum rate.

Please consider your expected time away and choose whether to temporarily exit or check out based on what works best for your schedule and budget.

Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks.
Bringing alcohol is also allowed, as long as it’s consumed in moderation and with consideration for others.
Please make sure to clean up after yourself, including disposing of trash and wiping down any surfaces after eating or drinking.

The entire facility is non-smoking.

If your speaking volume or frequency during the meeting is low, you may use earphones and join from anywhere.
While the 2nd floor is generally a quiet space suited for focused work and low-volume conversations, the 1st floor is more noise-friendly and allows for easier, more relaxed talking.
For online meetings with frequent or louder conversations, please use the counter seats on the 1st floor or reserve the meeting room on the 2nd floor.

The lighting and air conditioning are automatically controlled by sensors that detect when users enter or leave, so no manual operation is needed when you arrive or depart.
Additionally, you can adjust the lighting, air conditioning, and background music to your preference using a tablet available inside the facility.

If you check out within 5 minutes of drop-in use, it will be free of charge. Please use this option if you are able to collect your belongings yourself.

For lost or forgotten items, please contact us via the inquiry form.

  • Items not claimed within 3 months from the date found will be disposed of.
  • Depending on circumstances, the storage period may be shortened.

Payment

Since our facility is unmanned, we only accept credit card payments through the “いいアプリ”.
Debit cards and prepaid cards issued by credit companies can be used but are not recommended.

Receipts can be issued through the “いいアプリ” or the reservation and payment sites you used, such as Instabase or Space Market.

Drop-in use at E-Office is charged based on usage time. At check-in, a pre-authorization hold is placed on your card for the maximum daily fee.

Depending on your card company, the maximum fee may be charged once at check-in, and after checkout, the difference between the actual usage fee and the pre-authorized amount may be refunded.

Facilities

We do not offer tours or facility visits as a policy.
Since our space is a small facility converted from a private home, you can see the entire space by using it as a drop-in user.
Entry is through the “いいアプリ”, and the fee is 160 yen (tax included) per 30 minutes. However, if you leave within 5 minutes, the use is free of charge.
Please experience the drop-in service first. If you have further questions for the management afterward, feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.

Currently, we are not listed on E-Office or other space reservation sites, but please contact us directly for individual consultations.
When you reach out via the inquiry form, please include a brief overview of your intended use.

There is no parking available on-site. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
For bicycles, please park them close to the building so as not to block passage.

We offer the following items for complimentary use:
three 24-inch external monitors, smartphone chargers, a USB-PD 65W laptop charger, various cables, stationery, lap blankets, desk lamps, and more.

We provide a high-speed internet environment with fiber-optic service up to 10 Gbps and Wi-Fi 7–compatible access points.
Power outlets are available at every seat.

Monthly Membership

We offer several plans with different available times and days of the week.
For details, please refer to the pricing page.

You’ll receive discounted rates for advance reservations of the meeting room and the Wide Booth.
You’ll also be eligible for optional services such as personal lockers and registering your company address.

Monthly plans renew at the end of each month.
If you start in the middle of the month, you’ll only pay for the days left.

You can use the plan as usual until the end of the month, but the automatic renewal will be stopped for the following month.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the remainder of the month after cancellation.

We have eight lockers with combination locks.
Monthly plan members can rent a dedicated locker by paying an additional fee.
